It all started when…
Our founder Sergei was working for another window company. Over the years, and thousands of window replacement services later, Sergei noticed a trend that started to bother him. Whenever a customer would have a foggy window or some other repair need, often times the industry standard was to replace the whole window as opposed to just fixing what was broken.
Sergei was puzzled by this and started asking why this is necessary, especially considering that it costs as much as 300% more to replace the whole window as opposed to just fixing the failed components. As time passed, Sergei decided that he could do window service far better, and be on the customer’s side when it comes to recommendations.
So Seattle Home Windows was born out of a passion to do the right thing, provide enormous value to our customers by helping them save money by increasing efficiency, and save again on tailored services that work for the real needs of the home owner!
